Why? Because all Mother’s Boy buddies/colleagues I be sure of carry one. You understand, men who eat their vegetables, floss, cut their nails and err…take a drink water. There’s nothing unjust with being a Mama’s Boy, and some of the nicest blokes I discern are still blissfully ensconced in their mamas’ affection (figuratively, of career), just that I wouldn’t defect to be married to one. I medium, didn’t you acquire skill in a thing or two from Everybody Loves Raymond? Pinched poor Debra.

RENAL STONES…I’m matrimonial to a urologist so I perceive by the ear about stones a lot. I’m also cognate to a lot of people who meet with from excruciating renal spasmodic pain in the bowels, people who go on out stones in the dressing-table ( and interestingly bring together and display them in containers - I get shown these a lot) and clan who had to have these damned nephroliths remote surgically. Do you be sure of what WE have in common? We don’t take a drink enough water.

H2O…is the most overrated fluid. So YOUR doctor told you to quench one's thirst at least 8 glasses of irrigate a day? Is this even evidence-based? Did they not sum up you about patients who drank themselves into lethargy? I’ve never been a irrigate-guzzler. I was made to bear a full tumbler to gymnasium only to bring dwelling an equally full one, and sometimes I would cast in a winding direction the water from home and lied that I drank it. Tsk tsk. If my daughter did that I’d be very very overturn. I drink a glass of milk in the dawn and for the rest of the day it’s caffeine all the way. Yes, I’m undeniable I’m reaping the anti-oxidant and CV sheltering effects of tea and coffee, but I might well die from renal deficiency complicating a humungous staghorn pebble.
