A Tiramisu Full of Win

Hmm… Tiramisu…

Saturday obscurity was the “BioWare Bread Club @ Residence”: a abode party, hosted by Theresa and Alain, for the commons enthusiasts of BioWare. (Yes, I had a palm and fingers in setting it up.) Dozens of guests and dishes converged on Theresa and Alain’s broad way, and we got to enjoy an infinite variety of meals and desserts before gay our asses off playing Stone Band. As you can judge with uncertainty, a good duration was had by all. I remember fondly the cyclopean dessert prepared by Shauna in a perforate bowl, as well as Sebastian’s mac & cheese, Ben’s indecorous bread (featuring bacon, garlic and cheese) and Jocelyn’s cherry pie, among other delicacies.

As my “mark dish”, I brought domicile-made tiramisu. I equitable enjoy construction tiramisu: it doesn’t insist upon any cooking, and it”s one of these “magical” dishes that transubstantiate its ingredients. You put mistress fingers and a mascarpone intermixture in the fridge, and yesterday night, it magically transforms into a dank tiramisu harden. Magic!

My tiramisu turned out bonny magnificent, if I may say so myself. I was very pleased with the try the flavor of, and apparently so were the family at the party: it actually flew off the reckoner the second I pulled it out of the fridge!

And so, in the air of sharing, here’s my formulary. It’s adapted from a enumerate of sources, most notably Helene’s own formulary (passed on to her by an Of italy college dear companion) and this traditional receipt. (Although I guess the first cause won’t prize the link since I’m not advocating Of italy espresso at all costs…) Helene’s formulary was simpler than this, and still very refined, but I think the changes in this one are a impenetrable step ahead.
