Rhubarb Freezer Jam + Pyrex.
At the Agriculturist's Market on Saturday I bought a few punches of rhubarb and a trim little old mistress started talking to me about her rhubarb freezer jam and her close ingredient- a package of raspberry Jell-o. So I attempted to bring into being it today and the refrigerator fragment is housed in vintage Pyrex. I have two smaller containers in the freezer, so hopefully it's delicate!
Rhubarb freezer jam:
2 bunches rhubarb, chopped into little pieces (approx. 6 wassail)
4 cups sweeten
1 small box raspberry Jell-o
I washed and chopped up all the rhubarb, and tossed it with the sweeten in a large pot. I let it sit for about an twenty-fourth part of a day to let the rhubarb exempt some juice. I simmered it on low for about moiety an hour, then turned it up to a rolling be agitated by heat for 5-6 minutes. I lowered the caloric again, and added the Jell-o, then let it bubble for another 10 minutes.
It was a complete experiment, so although I am certain the flavor is super the degree of density may be a little off. Either way though it will be bulky. Oh- and rhubarb jam/appetizing compound/compote is one of the superlatively good things ever on vanilla ice choice part!!!
