An Ode to Pyrex
Pyrex is one of my dear cooking accessories. There are so many things to be fond of: it is inexpensive, caloric resistant, changeable, and safe to use in many ways. As a espousals present I accepted a very large Pyrex set of serving dishes with their newest joining, lids! With some other different gift certificates I also piked up a large mixing goblet/measuring cup with a silicone lid, and also some little containers for leftovers and bag lunches.
One of the most weighty things to me when it comes to cooking receptacles in my kitchen is that whatever physical I'm using does not leach into the nutriment. I am very on the lookout to the containers I microwave bread in, and almost always prefer glass or ceramic over formative. As such, I in fact like having Pyrex's smaller containers to emit with my husband to act. Even if the covers are formative, the important creature is that the plastic is not affecting the food and can be remote when microwaving. This is a special decision, but I also try to have nothing to do with non-stick pans.
