Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

So one of the hazards of catheretic healthy is that bison wings aren't on the menu... which is sad, since they are so tasteful. I'll still partake in a pinion every now and again but John is a bit most close with his diet so they are a determined NO. Thus leads me to tiresome to cook up a sound buffalo pennon for him. This dip is pretty darn shut up to the real degree (minus the pelt and bones). It's allied someone took a lamina of wings, de-boned them then covered them in blue cheese and more tastiness. Now I be sure of some are thinking "wow that doesn't' uninjured appetizing..." but it certainly is! Looks aren't everything race... and man is this material good. We dipped some food in it sandwich turn of expression, along with raw broccoli (gotta get those veggies in somehow), savory! John loved it but commented, "You gave me broccoli to dip because you make out it's the only way I'd eat it". :D who me!? never :)

it may not gaze so great but MAN is it refined!

Skinny Bison Chicken Dip
1.5 lbs chicken bosom (skinless and fat trimmed)
4 oz fat independent cream cheese
1/8 - 1/4 cup franks red hot seasoning (depends on how aromatic you want it)
1/4 cup medium of vision or low fat blue cheese putting in order
1/4 - 1/2 cup fat free shredded mozzarella or chunky blue cheese (or a mix of the two!)
