Reproduced Depression Glass

For many years Depression glass has been reproduced, below is a register of patterns and shapes known to be reproduced.

Adam
Butter viand reproduced in rose-color and in green - veins in the foliage on lid do not join or strike against in center of blade. On the bottom of the old pieces the great leaves sharp end to center of each side (arctic, south, east, occident) on the reproduced pieces they sharp end off center (northeast, southeast, etc).

Alligator-pear
Avocado was originally made in rose-color, green and crystal: frosty pitcher & juggler sets that were made by Indiana in the 1950’s. Golden, red, blue, amethyst and frosted ensign are all reproductions made by Triple-crown from 1974 through the 1980’s. Triple-crown also made pink and green but are distinct from the original flag because the new pink has an orange shade rather than the soft rose-color of the old color and the new green is darker than the pristine.

Baltimore
PearCompote, notable with a paper label on the of little or no worth and made in France.
Bleb/rubyAnchor hocking reissued the 8 twelfth part of a foot and 4 1/2 twelfth part of a foot bowls in ruby. Most are eminent with the anchor trademark. Hocking has also produced the ashtray, puncture cups and some vases freshly - all marked with the ground tackle trademark.

Cameo
Shakers have been made in green, rose-color and cobalt. Cobalt was never originally made. The reproductions have too much glass in the bottom of the shaker, the paw is filled in with about 1/4″-1/2″ of glass. Mosser assemblage has made a line of pl of child’s miniature sets (called ‘the Jennifer streak’) with the Cameo archetype.

Candlewick
Dalzell Viking had made some candlewick pieces in banner that were never originally made. (lately, a pastel frosted stripe in pink, azure, green, lilac and fulvous were sold.) Boyd also made some items - eminent with their b. Items in odd standard are new. Some Czech glass also resembles candlewick.
